A glowing blue orb which emanates a mind dominating energy
The wielder can cast any combination of Charm Person, Cause Fear, or Command up to five times per day.
The item that provided Crusessa with the power to kill and torture the merfolk village for two generations. The item has the power to dominate the will of any lesser minded creatures and to turn them into sea elf mutants and back.
In its last transformation the orb was used to change six wayward adventurers back to their former selves. This great expenditure of power has caused the orb to no longer change creatures into underwater sea elf mutants.
